There was no service manager onsite. They tried to charge me double and then when I wanted to talk to the manager they told me that they didn’t acknowledge my kind. I am black by the way and own 2 Cadillacs. Very unprofessional and I will never go back there.

I am still hearing a noise when accelerating at/near 40mph . I will drive the car over the weekend for a more thorough check. The noise is inconsistent . I am very satisfied with Anthony and the maintenance crew. They are great and we’re able to turn my vehicle around in 1-day. I am just at a loss for what is causing this issue. In addition to Anthony and the maintenance team, the Parts Department was very helpful.
