I tried to make an appointment over the phone for a check engine light. I was told I don't qualify for a loaner vehicle.
I decided not to make an appointment, because I need a loaner vehicle to get to work if my xt5 which is under full warranty was getting warranty work.
I went in the next day, and after waiting almost 2 hours, I was told by Larry Ramos that I didn't qualify for a loaner because I didn't go through the right steps to get a loaner. He said that I had to give 72 hours notice, and they don't have any loaners for 2 weeks anyways.
I told Larry that I tried to make an appointment and was told I didn't get a loaner. I told the person on the phone that I sold them, and this car does qualify for a loaner and she sent me to Greg White's voicemail.
After I told this to Larry, he magically found a loaner vehicle for me after making me wait 2 hours, and only getting attention when I spoke up.
Sure didn't make me feel like a Cadillac owner. I feel that my past working there allows me to be treated less than. I am sorry if my check engine light wasn't during a convenient time for Marvin K Brown's service schedule.
Robert was great, and the car got serviced in a timely manner. I just wish that people will not make me jump through hoops to get the Cadillac Service my vehicle and I should receive.
