Tony insisted I get my alignment done, I’ve driven my car for less than 5k a year.
I decided against it, then I politely ask him to do a complimentary car wash and that wasn’t done. I also asked him how long he said close to three hours. My car was ready in 1 hour and a half. I could have waited and maybe test drove the new encore gx and the Cadillac Xt5.

Returned my loaner vehicle this afternoon only to find that there was a dent in the drivers side door. I have to own that because the car was in my possession. The car wash sucked. I feel that the cars that are left for service should not only be washed, but detailed. My vehicle was returned to me today looking like it had just been sprayed off! Cadillac is a vehicle that I have aspired to own for many years. My car was returned to me this afternoon less than stellar. Cadillac is a name! Treat your clients like they have a name as well!
