Along with an oil change, I told Kevin about an issue we had with our recently purchased Escalade riding EXTREMELY ROUGH. I asked if he thought less air in the tires Would make it smoother. He immediately told me a frozen shock was more than likely the problem...in the end, it was exactly that! In three hours the Escalade was like new!

The service itself as always was perfect, While I acknowledge the challenges we all face daily with COVID-19 and our social distancing requirement and such, when I get a text stating that my car is ready to be picked up, I text back telling them we are on our way, upon our arrival it takes 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us or help us get our car. People continue to walk right past us not asking us if we needed any help and those were the people we could actually see. Again I understand there’s not as many personnel available under the circumstances but those who are there we’re not trying to be helpful at the time of pick up.

Corky's amazing as always very knowledgeable customer service oriented let me know that my lock key broke for my wheels stated they would reimburse it on next oil change bring back receipt. I just appreciate the communication when it happened instead of showing up and then getting bad news so keep up the great work everyone there and be safe

First, Robert Congdon was very helpful. There were a few things that cemented my decision never to return. First, the statement that all fluids will be topped off isn't true. I was informed that as far as filling the DEF only means adding one gallon. That is a five gallon plus tank with no way of knowing how full it is until the alert comes on telling you it's low. Second, since I have a 3500 "dually", tire rotation consists of swapping the front tires from one side to the other. That is not "tire rotation". I understand that to properly rotate the tires, one must physically remove the tires from the rims and remount them. Don't tell me tire rotation is part of the servicing when it isn't, especially when I am paying nearly $200.00. And last, part of servicing use to include a car wash. Not that it's a big deal, but it was a nice gesture. This is now the second time the car wash was not offered. I'm assuming sending nearly $80,000.00 for a vehicle doesn't merit that courtesy, or a courtesy vehicle.
