I had waited almost 40 minutes to check in...I know it was a very busy.The service manager Larry Ramos,is really the one who helped me and he went over and above to help. When I brought this to his attention, he immediately got me checked in and also got me a Lyft to my home since the waiting room is now unavailable because of COVID-19 and my service is going to take about two hours.He was friendly, kind ,courteous and efficient. he also arranged for a Lyft to bring me back to Marvin K Brown.
(Unfortunately the Lyft driver never showed up and Larry called me at home to make sure I had a ride and to arrange another Lyft driver) My service there has always been really great. Robert did check me out when I arrived to pick up my car and he was also courteous and had my car quickly ready to go.

The car was not fixed it's doing the same thing it was doing when I took it in and no one has gotten back to me schedule the repair and I have called and I have emailed Corky so no I'm not having with Marvin K brown or corky

The appointment was for 1030 we were there at 10 o'clock. My husband only added one service which was an oil change it took them 4 hours to take care of the service. I was told over the phone that the tire pressure check and correction of the problem would take only 10 to 15 minutes and then adding on an oil change. An oil change should only take approximately 30 minutes at the most. This was totally unacceptable to be told that it would be a short appointment and then wait for 4 hours at your facility
Robert assisted me with a loaner car that was greatly needed and me informed on my car repairs while being Service.
