I had my Saab 9-3 in your place. I just picked it up this afternoon.
My customer number is 400760.
I asked for a copy of my invoice before paying. I received the prompt online to pay. I did so. My person was Corky, but he was busy, so another guy gave me my invoice.
The reason I originally had to return it was because I had my airbag recall taken care of there. When your service specialists installed the airbags, somehow the windows lost their programming. They kept going up and down. I called after that incident and the serviceman just said "No problem. Bring it back and we'll take care of it."
I noted that when I brought the car in to get tires and an alignment. It was acknowledged and Corky noted to put it in customer complaint.
On my invoice, I paid 85.00 to have the windows reset. This is why I asked for a copy of the work done before I paid...so I wouldn't have to come back and deal with this.
Secondly. I was told my seat wasn't operating. That is not true. It would 85 to look at it. My seat was fine when I left the car and fine when I picked it up.
I needed all 4 tires replaced on my Saab. I asked for the Michelin Pilot A/S3 Plus tires. My old tires were A/S plus. I was told the AS3 Plus tires are no longer available. Not true. Instead, I was offered the Goodyear Assurance Weatherready tires at 155.49 each and was told these were cheaper than the Michelins, too.
The tires I wanted are available and they are less than the Goodyear tires. Are these tires high performance?
On your sign, it says you match pricing on tires. I showed the guys today that I could buy the GoodYear tires for 147 each. I showed them the ad and pointed to the price match sign. They said they didn't know...I told them I'd take care of it.
Finally, the actual mileage on my car is 66708. On the mileage in spot on the invoice, it says 72340. That's my trip mileage...7,234.0 That will mess up my mileage records.
I am very much disappointed at the sloppy work and inattention to detail. I trust your dealership to take care of my car because I don't know how. But, I don't like being taken advantage of or deceived. I'm not stupid--I just can't fix cars.
If it was one oversight, fine. But, I even dropped my car off Wednesday night and my car wasn't ready until Friday morning...for new tires and an oil change.
I really don't know what to say. Do you? Can you imagine wanting to entrust your personal safety and confidence when this is what you get? Peggy P
When I arrived at the dealership the service advisor assigned to me wasn't present, but Anthony took good care of me and got my car for service.
Jarred was really really great! We brought our car to get serviced for the very first time and he communicated when it was finished and was super informative! My husband even noticed he was a great customer service rep!!
