My wife brought our XTS in for servicing. She had a great experience and looks forward to coming back. Corky took very good care and she said again and again what GREAT customer service. This is a big deal for me because she will gladly take our cars in for servicing.

Appointment was at 10:45, and I arrived at 10:45. Jared was helping another customer, and this took 16 minutes. When Jared came over to the car he simply began the check in. I thought it would have been more courteous to apologize for the wait, and then proceed. On the day previous I had to drive down in order to make an appointment because nobody I left voicemails for returned my calls. I purchased this vehicle at MKB in large measure because of a 20 year history my roommate had with the dealership. This service experience is not at all what we are used to.

Anthony is great. Timing was not that bad. I got my car in at 2:30pm it was done a little after 4pm. I thought every tune up comes with a car wash. I saw a few other cars had their car washed. Other than that, everything was good.

I was very pleased with the service on my Escalade. Sean was very attentive to addressing questions I had, and keeping me up to date during the service. Even with all the precautions put into place due to coronavirus, all steps went very smoothly. Actually felt pretty normal which is rare these days.

Every time we take the car in for our prepaid oil change they always try to upsell us. This time it was for a $300 tire that supposedly had a nail, that I have not seen. Either way, he text me saying they were doing it, he didn’t ask. And I said no! I don’t want to be upsold every time I go there!
