On the way home the engine light came back on again. I called the service consultant immediately after I arrived home but no one has called or text me. This has been a disappointing experience. Hope someone will call me soon. The worst part is I have to bring the vehicle back to the dealership again.
Sean Heinen, my service writer, was EXCELLENT. He followed up on all of the details and made sure everything was fine right. The service technicians were excellent as well making sure everything was done right. Thank you all.

Anthony Deriso took care of my needs. I appreciate that! However, after making an appointment for a 12:30 service of an oil change, my vehicle was not ready until 3:30. 3 hour wait for an oil change seems excessive. Also, I requested no wash as I had just washed and waxed my vehicle. When I received it, there were water spots all over the front windshield and down the side of my vehicle. Not good on a black vehicle! Definitely no fault of Anthony’s however.

Pros: I think the work was done with quality.
Cons: Poor communication and poor up front analysis for an up front estimate. I Received a different key than what I provided and still don't know why? Did the last key break or what happened to it? Why wasn't I informed? Also it didn't seem like everything was analyzed for the estimate up front so piece by piece I would get another 1k tacked on from July 6th through July 21st totaling 5200 dollars. Last of all I had a request for a new center cap for the missing one. Upon receiving the vehicle back my wife noticed one cap visually loose. I barely pulled it and it fell out. Since I requested one new one to replace a missing one I would expect someone to notice if a different one is about to fall out and ask if I would want to get that fixed.

Solid service. I appreciated the free Lyft ride to my home. Wish there was a protocol to help me get back to the dealership. I really appreciated Antonio's knowledge of the vehicles on the lot as it quickly peaked my interest in looking into getting a new vehicle. Many thanks.
