I did not like the fact that I had to wait 3 and 1/2 weeks for a loaner and warranty issues were getting better service than I was but Louie's done an excellent job I thank you for his service

They said they were short on staff today. I understand that can happen, but they told me that after waiting for 2 hours. And then I had to wait another 2 hours.
