The service in which I came for was unable to be completed. Hopefully we will be able to complete it soon when the engineers from GM have provided the proper information for re-programming my body module.

Sean was very helpful, but over the years we have found Marvin K Brown good, since we started with Jennifer Brown many years ago. I will say though that I think they missed something on this last service. Plus I simply asked for a detail job comp for a $5,800 service change and was denied.

Corky was great! Everything was done as he said it would be. One minor complaint, they gave me a free car wash and it was done kind of half ****. Didn’t wipe off water or windows. Otherwise it was great.
