The service representative that helped me with my car is unprofessional. This is what happened. I dropped off my car on Tuesday. Before I left, Robert said I can get my car tomorrow (Wednesday), and he will contact me. Wednesday afternoon, I called them and left few voicemail. Thursday morning, someone called me in regards to one of my voicemail and said he will check because their computer system was down, so he will just call me back. No call back received. Friday morning around 10am, Robert left me a voicemail about the problem on my car. Around 11am, my boyfriend and I talked to him on the phone. I asked Robert if he could email the information/ list of what is needed to be done since I'm not very familiar on working with cars. This is because my bf can just do some of it like the changing of wipers to not spend too much since I'm a full time nursing student. Robert responded with superiority attitude saying if we don't get the car today ( Friday, same day as when he first contacted me after few days), I will get charged on the rental car that is getting covered by my warranty. Wanting not be charged extra bills, me and my bf agreed on picking up the car around 4pm. We were at Anaheim at the time and drove all to way to the dealership (Mission area in San Diego). I got so tired of it since the traffic was so bad. We didn't have lunch until around 3pm because we were stuck on traffic driving to pick up my car. I also should have a therapy around 5pm that same day. I couldn't tolerate it anymore and so I called the supervisor on service department and left a voicemail on what was going on. Only a few minutes later, I received a text message from Robert saying he will update me once my car is ready to be picked up(before 4pm). Not too long ago, I received a call from Robert with a welcoming voice this time telling me to not worry about it and I can pick up my car the next day instead. This is unprofessional! I cancelled whatever I was doing in the morning to drive all the way south for such event. My usual service representative was on vacation, so he wasn't available to help me with my car, but he never treated me like the way Robert treated us unprofessional with power tripping.

Larry & Corky were fine. Paying to have one remote reprogrammed because you removed a bad battery and put a new $218 one in back in December should not have been charged. Also paid a $250 premium over the shifter price at another GM dealer was not cool. I realize they probably don’t set part prices but it still feels like MKB is not the best place. But the guys were great. They made sure I didn’t have a repeat on my last service when dirt /grease was all over my floor mats. A decent loaner was appreciated for the day.
Overall I was satisfied with my agent, the information give, and the work done on my vehicle. However, this is the second time in a row I’ve been told my vehicle would be washed and it was not only not washed, but not even hoses down. If an agent is going to say “we’ll wash it too” then they need to follow through with that or just don’t say anything. I only expected it to be cleaned because I was told it would be, otherwise I would not have (and been pleasantly surprised if it was anyways). Just food for thought. Thanks!
