Service manager was alert, polite and professional. He was honest and straight forward with his assessment of my problem. The problem was corrected in a shorter period of time than was estimated.

Luise was very kind and professional. However, when I scheduled my appointment on the phone for my first service/oil change, I made sure to also request that my infotainment center be looked into for a problem it is having with its own App Store access. I was told on the phone that it will be addressed. But, when I got to my appointment, I was told that they weren’t able to fit me in and that I would have to come back AGAIN.
Great service. Car was done early. Above and beyond my expectations. Happy to bring my truck back here.

I brought my car a couple weeks ago to fix a oil leak and it didn't get completely fixed so I had to bring it in again and pay more money to hopefully get it all the way done. I was willing to pay the price the first time so I wouldn't have to worry about my wife having any issues with her car and me not cleaning oil out of my driveway again. So let's see how this goes.

Great job by Sean. I really appreciated the continued communication. I would have liked to know a few more details prior to the appointment as I am not familiar with the warranty process. No one told us that we needed to make a rental car reservation. How would we know that? I told the receptionist that I would need a car and she said ok. Also, how would I know the process for getting the rental paid through the warranty? That is my only issue, otherwise, Sean was great. Very straight forward and easy to work with.
