Chris Elliott provided excellent service. However, I feel the amount of time it took to diagnose my vehicle was excessively long. Additionally, in my situation, I don’t believe that I should’ve had to pay for the diagnostic preformed on my vehicle as it was the error of the dealership who serviced it previously for the same issue.
