Yesterday was a busy day my parents were coming in my daughter got out of school at 12:30 my son at 2:50. And of course my battery went out in my car at the vet. And my husband was deep sea fishing. Jared was again a life saver and FaceTimed my friend and i to walk us through jumping my car. He was able to get me a loaner to get me back on time to pick up my kids and then be able to get back to get my car to meet my parents from dinner! He’s seriously the best and saved me yesterday from a lot of stress! Thank you to him and your service team for getting my car done and makiing what could of been super stressful stress free!! Larry went out of his way to help me out this morning this morning with my problem the only thing I still have to come back from El centro to finish that recall But Larry took care everything and made sure that I was happy at the end of the day
Chris was an exceptional service rep and did everything he could to ensure I had a great service visit. He searched and found the Royal Purple motor oil that I have been using in my 2002 Escalade since day 1. It felt like I was talking to an old friend instead of a service rep I just met. The service was completed ahead of schedule and the checking out process went smoothly as well. We all need more people like Chris in the world.
Well I left my car remote the fob with my car . I called the tow company asking for the car remote and the key that is together they said they left it with the service advisor. I call marvin k brown a couple of times . That is the only remote I have for my car and it with a key. I really need that remote the car fob!!
Chris was extremely courteous and went out of his way to help during my two hour wait. Thank you.
