Took 3 weeks for my due bill for a replacement key to be delivered and although I now have the remote I am still waiting for the key insert after it’s all said and done. No loaner was offered or provided and your bathrooms need a thorough cleaning. Satisfied with the car but dissatisfied with service of this dealership.

I wish you could have told me earlier that I needed my rear breaks done so I could have had that done the same day. Now I have to bring my car back Friday which is inconvenient for me. Sincerely, Shedrick A
