Chris was great. The issue is waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change that used to take an hour. I don't think I will be coming back for service. I have been coming since 2003 and this is the longest I have ever waited and I had an appointment.
As a customer we have to exhibit patience when it comes competence in any category of service. That being said I experienced great customer service today dealing with Luis and the service of my vehicle.
