The only comment is that no one helped us when we arrived to pick up our car. We stood around for 10, a few employees walked passed us and didn’t ask if we needed help we had to ask about our car and then were directed to the inside. Oscar was unavailable when we arrived.

He was great! I really appreciated him finding and providing me a loaner car, even though my car was out of the warranty period, and Hertz would not provide a car because my wallet was stolen, and they would not accept my temporary paper license, even though I had MANY OFFICIAL ID’s with my picture, including a current US Passport.
Chris was attentive, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that he always returned my calls, did what he said he would do and answered my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

1st The agent who helped me was unhelpful to a point where he will not kneel down to see what I am pointing out 2nd I was not told that that will be fees for inspection nor was I giving any paperwork to effect 3rd the price that I was quoted was 4 more what actually cost me to fix it. That is not good service.
