Jared was the most competent person I've ever dealt with at a dealership. He was courteous, efficient, and prompt. If there were more employees like him, you could double your business(not that I noticed a lack of customers). Jared made the recall a pleasure and even took care of an ancillary problem that had been plaguing me.
I was happy with customer service process.
But after renting a car for the day, I picked up me Cadi late afternoon, drove out to get to a meeting, and the engine light is ON.
It wasn't on when I brought in.
Called. Now I have go hack in tomorrow. Not happy to do that.

We have had our vehicle serviced multiple times for an oil change, it took 1 hour. Today it took 3 hours without any advanced notice. This is completely unacceptable. I would have never brought the car in when I did if I knew it would take that long. I missed pick ups for my children that cost me a lot of money. You can’t do this to people. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.
