I did have to wait in line in my vehicle about 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before being finally checked in, but after that everything went fine. Busy morning, I guess. Thank you for completing the repair under warranty.

I have never had a bad experience at MKB. Larry kept me informed and delivered the car by days end. He explained that it is taking longer than usual which didn’t bother me bc I left the car for the day as planned. Very courteous and pleasant. Ty Larry Ramos and the behind the scenes techs that get it done!

Kevin Knepper was excellent. And it’s probably my fault that I brought my car to you for repairs rather than taking it to a USAA approved body shop. But my experience at Marvin K Brown overall was good. In the end though we took our car to calibers collision.
