To be honest, I have not been happy with my last couple of services at this location. When I picked my vehicle up after having recall work done in March, my vehicle was torn apart. I picked it up an hour after service center closed, and it was left unlocked in parking lot. I was apprehensive to bring it back to Coon Rapids site. Matthew gave me an honest list of what needed to be done with my vehicle. It was $600 instead of $6000 dollars which the last tech said needed to be done. Same site, different tech? I don't know if they work on commission, but I appreciate Matthew and am planning on having the $600 in service work done.
