No urgency to return my call. The diagnostic fee is ridiculous the only reason I came back to this dealership was because you guys did the work that caused the last issue from the same warning light. Service advisor didn’t want to hear it. Horrible customer service. Yet another honda dealership with poor customer service.

This management **** ! You and your surveys are ridiculous! Leave your workers alone! I already told you he did an out standing job and give him a raise! Stop picking on your employees! This management let me do a survey on you! I would firer you all backstabbing your employees! And trying to get your customers to go against them! I told u give him a bonus!! Have a good day! And stop sending me these actually you should never send these to the customer! Wake up!
