Service is good. But to things bothered me.The first I ordered my replacement side mirror. It was backed ordered and I never received notification that it had arrived. I called a few weeks later to inquire and found it had arrived but I was never notified. The 2nd thing is the cost to replace the mirror. It was very expensive!!!

Thank you so much for the Auto Butler service today. I’ve vacuumed monthly, but your crew somehow got the rubber mats spotless. Even a random spill on the inside of the windshield was wiped off that I hadn’t gotten to yet. Above and beyond!

Drew Mechley oversaw getting vehicle checked in and he kept me posted through out the procedures being done. He was very cordial and most helpful. The mechanics got right on with the repairs and everything was completed in a most timely manner.

Terrible service. I have an appointment at 10:45am and stood there waiting for 10 minutes because all the advisors except for Chad was working at their desk and I was the only customer standing there. Literally makes no sense that no one is working and it’s only 10:45am. My car was there the whole weekend until Monday but on Monday, no one called that my vehicle is ready. So I called in the afternoon and receptionists forwarded me to 2 advisors who aren’t even there. I left a voice mail and no one bothered to call me back even until today. I decided to go to the shop at 4pm on Monday, I found my car out on the parking lot, and got it with the help of advisor Blong. Why bother even sending me to advisors who aren’t even working that day? Those receptionists are terrible at their job.
