My satisfaction is with Lucas's efforts to do it right. This was the 2nd time I came to Rapids for the same steering wheel issue, the first time I was told the problem is with the rear, I did as I was advised and paid but was not fixed. Lucas took time to make sure it was done right before calling me for pick up, first it failed with the resurfacing of the rotar. He called me after another test drive after replacing the rotar. But I think I was overcharged, for resurfacing and again for replacing the rotar in addition to my lost day, waiting almost all day. Again Lucas did a good job completing the job.

Chad was extremely friendly when i walked in. I was a walk that needed an oil change…to prepare me, he said it could take up to 2 hours. He got me in within 45 minutes…which i was very appreciative of that! Thank you Sara c
