I got the service I asked for, however, my left reverse light was out so the replaced it. Since they’ve replaced that, the left turn light in the back is now out. It was out when I got my car back. It is just a bit frustrating to get something fixed and then have another thing pop that you have to go back in and fix. Mikey is very helpful, very kind, and always breaks things down for me in a way I can understand and always gives me the best way to work forward. I enjoy working with him. No complaints about him!

Everyone I have ever worked with at Rapids Honda…Jorge, Ricky and Blong and many more people are great guys and have always taken good care of me. This is my 6th Honda, one Civic and five CR-V’s. Rapids Honda is the 3rd dealership I’ve worked with and where I have leased my last two CR-V’s. I will continue to get my vehicle at Rapid Honda. They all know how important customer service is!

This was my second time working with Matthew in the past week. During my first visit, the situation was unfortunately out of his control, and I left feeling unsatisfied. However, Matthew went above and beyond to address my concerns. He made sure my issues were properly conveyed and worked hard to make things right the second time around. He is a great guy who remained professional throughout the entire process, even when the first visit ran into unexpected hurdles.
