Marlin was very nice and professional. He was the first one who took the time to stop and see if I was being helped. I had been standing there near the service counter for 10 minutes or so and nobody else asked to help. He and the gentleman that shuttled me to and from my home were both excellent.

My only issue is the mileage that was recorded was wrong. It’s shown as 63,158 on the paper work however it’s actually 92,564. I called Drew when I got home to let him know and update the records, but I haven’t heard from him yet.

Had some check engine lights that needed to be addressed. I couldn't get an appointment earlier than a week and a half out. I was able to leave my vehicle at the dealership and they were able to make the repairs in less than 24 hours. I really appreciate that they worked me into their schedule. They also have one of the cleanest service areas I've ever seen.

I wasn’t made aware of the additional service recommendations until I asked when I picked it up if there was anything found. They then showed me in the report the 4-5 additional items that were mentioned. The structure of your report and the texts don’t make that easy to see or identify. On section even said no additional Recommendations. I’ll be back to have the other things done, but had I known I would have authorized all of those items to be done to avoid a second trip.
