Initially I was very frustrated with the communication of Jonathan and the work of the technician. However after explaining the situation to Shane, he took over and was able to both resolve my issues and communicate well along way.

Whenever I bring my vehicle in for service I always ask for Lucas Smith. He is kind, professional, upfront, and helpful. He is a big reason why I will keep coming back to Rapids Honda for all my maintenance needs and repairs.

I left the vehicle with the radio off, when I picked up my vehicle and started it, the music was loud and playing head banging sh$!. Not appreciated at all. Other controls I had left on were turned off.

The check in staff was great. They were very profesional and service oriented. Service was completed fast, and I was maintained updated on progress. Also, I needed transportation back home when I dropped the car and the driver was very profesional and courteous. Thank you team Rapids Honda.

I was stranded with my car. Jonathan, my service advisor told me the tow was covered under warranty and no cost to me for the tow. After I got home from picking up my vehicle after servicing, and looked at my receipt, I was billed $203.96 for the tow. Called and spoke to Drew. He told me sorry, but I am responsible for the tow charge. Last Honda purchase I will make in the future.

I was told one time then I got there they told me a total different time Then they told me my car needed several things done to it which I already had done I wasn't happy at all very frustrating
