Everything was taken care of timely and Drew was very knowledgeable! Very good experience, will definitely come back when looking for another Honda. Which will be a long time as Hondas are great vehicles!

My car was ready and I didn’t get anyone to come get me. I had to check in the service center because I saw it in the parking lot already done. It was 1 1/2 hours later. I have never had this happen before.

I scheduled an appointment to get my tires replace, but they did not have any in stock. We had to order more for inventory so I had to come in another day to get it replaced. When I came in, I ended up waiting 4 hours to get my 2 tires replaced. I was not happy that I was not communicated on the progress of the work, and had to ask for status on it multiple times. I was disappointed that there were no awareness but I am satisfied now that I have been promised a free service next time.
