Communication was horrible, not only with me but between the sales and service centers too. I was promised things by one person and told by another that you don’t do those. Not to mention I’m pretty sure they didn’t even touch the outside of my car or my windshield for the auto butler and diamond fusion. I am not happy with my service

I sat in my car for at least 10 minutes with the engine, running waiting for someone to come and and take the car from me and the information for the start of my oil change from that point on I was waiting in the waiting area for another hour and a half. In my opinion, that’s kind of a long time for an oil change.

I've been a long time customer but this was by far the best appointment. Chad provided 5+star service. He was able to: - get me a loaner for the day - provided a very quick and seamless check in process - noted all my requests for service - communicated promptly on progress - vacuumed and washed my very dirty car - provided knowledgeable and necessary fixes for the next appointment - check out was quick and easy I felt like was driving a new car when leaving I was able to feel very confident that my car was ready for my long trip. I wasn't planning on continuing with rapids for my service but Chad has made me change my mind Awesome dude
