Attentive, friendly staff. Drew was thorough in inspecting my CRV and advising me of maintenance due but did not pressure me to do it all at once. I opted to wait while my car was serviced and the waiting area was comfortable, clean and pleasant. 5 stars ????

I asked for oil change to be performed on this vehicle. I also paid for it and it shows that oil change is done. But when I checked the dipstick I found that it was not done. Oil is low and dirty. This is just ridiculous and should newer happen. It simply shows lack of attention to customer’s request and lack of transparency.
