The results of the inspection were not clearly communicated. I had red items but they were not explained. The maintenance indicators were also not reset so I left unclear about what was actually done. It took a callback to work it out. I recommend to clearly communicate in the future and reset the indicators when work is completed.

It appears that the dealership has invented ways to deny warranty responsibility. If an electrical fan breaks in the warranty period, it should be covered by Honda, investigation, parts and labor. The "outside forces argument" is disingenuous.

I made the appointment based on advice I got at prior service appointment. I appreciate that Marlin told me that the brakes were actually still okay and that I should just have them checked again at the next oil change.

He took my original phone call when I made the appointment and Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable about what services my civic needed. When I came in to drop my car off, he greeted me with a smile and was helpful and timely.
