I truly appreciate the work you do on our vehicles, I know that our cars are really old, but keep on ticking, when theyre done ticking , I will be in to purchase another real soon… I would definitely like to purchase from Rapids honda, because I Trust that the work you say your doing is actually being Done…. My service experience with Shawn was fantastic. He assisted me through an unexpected issue and helped me to understand happened. I always feel in good hands at Rapids Honda.

Matthew was awesome. It feels great being Rapids Honda customer with guys like Matt on the team.

We had an appointment scheduled at 11am and waited almost 2 hours for a diagnostic test. We will try to find another place to take our car instead.

Chad went above and beyond. I had been told that a 2nd warranty service lacked parts. Upon picking up my Pilot, Chad informed me they had a fuel pump in stock and went ahead with that service, too. Ten out of Five is my score for his attentiveness.

Very surprised to have to pay for a new speed sensor. The vehicle has only 1200 miles on it. They said it appeared like a rodent chewed or something. I Have the part and it looks like it was nicked. They said it could not be covered under warranty because it might have been a rodent, but they have no idea. When we saw the problem originally, we googled it, and there are posts all over the web about the same problem on Honda pilot with under 5000 miles. Everyone on the web said that theirs Was covered by their new vehicle warranty. Pretty frustrating that they charged for this type of thing that they didn’t even know what caused it. This was the second vehicle purchased at this dealer in 14 months. I would have thought that a company with the reputation Honda has would have taken care of it when I’ve spent over $100,000 (plus a ton of the dealer level add ons) at their dealership in the last 14 months to bring a customer back for their next car purchase or to recommend the dealer or service department. In All fairness to Drew, he was professional and Explained the issue, but I think the service department or technician put him in a bad spot from a customer service perspective. He personally did well handling things, however, the overall situation is not right. Thank you.
