I was extremely disappointed with Mazda that they did NOT have a Shuttle to take me back home. That is not how you value your customer. Your suppose to make your customer “family” but that was not the case with Mazda. Also most dealership when you take your vehicle for the “first time service” they usually clean your car, and wash your car before you pick it up. This was not the care here. The Service Advisor was excellent. Better review the TWO points I noted above....
