When it turned out the part hadn’t yet been ordered, Sidino saw that I couldn’t drive my car to work and offered to arrange a loaner car (I didn’t need it this time but appreciate the thoughtfulness). After parts were ordered, I was able to bring my car in and receive it back inside one day - in better shape than I brought it in (cleaner!). Thanks for making this a great experience.

I asked for a shuttle when making the appointment and day of service. Waited 45 minutes. Also I was told that my brake was 3 mm and needed replacement. I drove only 4000 miles since last appointment and at last service it was 6 mm. I feel was cheated

Arian and his manger Michael were amazing. They attended to the scratches I got last time I was here and actually I was hesitant to bring my car by because of my last bad experience. But Arian was careful to tell the technicians not to scratch my car and even got it detailed for me since last time. Michael is looking into getting my scratches fixed too, so that was really appreciated!

Mark is one of the most professional individuals that I’ve ever found when dealing with car service appointments. He is kind, patient and very respectful and he seems to be really transparent about everything. This specific appointment went like a charm. I arrive earlier than my appointment time and the car was ready in less than 2 hours.

It was unfortunate that the labor for installing car play was $300. I've seen others places ask for less.
