Great first time visit to Mazda!
I thought the body man should wash the area adjacent to the damaged area (or the entire vehicle) so the customer could see how well the work blends with the rest of the vehicle. I didn’t know what the circle inspection revealed nor whether my tires were pressured correctly. These were stated inspections on my receipt
Overall I mr Tocci did what he was supposed to do. Also, I was met by mr Dominic Chang who sold me me the vehicle and checked on me.

When I called to make the appointment I was told you do not do recall repairs on weekends - only on weekdays before 11am. This is a pretty inconvenient policy, especially for something that is not only safety related but also something that was not caused by me. Also, when I was checking in, I was told wrong information about pick up time, I suspect because you did not want me to leave my car there all day. If you allowed me to come on Saturday morning I would have sat there for 20 minutes to complete the repair but since I had to go to work, I had to leave it all day.
Mark was awesome and thorough throughout the time I was there. Really great customer focus and easygoing. Shout out to Mark.
