Michael was very helpful and thorough in assistance and answering questions I had. Also, I was happy with the prompt service done on my car.
Not only were there no loaner cars available for me, but I was told that the shuttle was drop-off only, and that it only goes as far an San Mateo! I would prefer to go to a different Mazda dealer to get services if they had better transportation options for me.
Great experience ~ Jeremy went out of his way to give personalized service and took time to answer my questions. He even honored the carwash offer his predecessor had extended to me. (I certainly won't expect this next time!) He ensured that the technicians checked out the "gas smell" I had concerns about. Excellent service on every count. Thank you!

I had two issues.
1. I had requested shuttle drop off, but at the service center they told me that "Millbrae Bart" is where they can drop me. That's not my home address although I do live in the same zip code. So I had to walk a mile from the bart.
2. I asked them if car wash is included before I came to pick up my car. They said it's included. But when I went there, my car was not washed. When I asked, they told me that it will take 2 more hours to wash car.
I don't think customer service is the top priority at Putnam Mazda.
Sidino was very personable, remembered my name when I walked through the door when I picked up my car. He was always reachable when I had questions and kept me updated on the repairs. Thanks Sidino!
