Sidino’s the friendliest of all the service managers. People seek him out.
Sidino was terrific and communication was all very good. However I am disappointed I was given no options for the repair - until the insurance adjuster came I was only given the MOST expensive repair option. It was not until the adjuster intervened that I even learned there was a less expensive option.
If it wasn't for people like Sidino, I would not come back for maintenance service at Putnam. He makes you feel welcome and taken care of!
Jeremy clearly explained all services that were covered as well as the additional services that were needed. The work was completed sooner than the estimated time.
Sid is a wonderful rep for Putnam Mazda. He remembers details about his customers and takes the time to inquire about them. He was quick, efficient, and personable. My car was serviced quickly including the replacement of a warrantied part that was leaking.
Everything was good and Jeremy was very nice and helpful, yet I was bummed that I waited so long for my car and they said it was going to get cleaned, yet interior wasn't touched and the exterior looked barely wiped down.
Excellent service as always, tho I could get service done cheaper elsewhere the quality of service and customer focus makes me loyal to come back to the dealer service shop. Love the new reception area and text response system
