I appreciate that Toyota recognizes our continued brand loyalty by making an exception and replacing the part. We have paid the premium to buy Toyota over and over through the years because Toyota will stand behind their vehicles.
We were texted on the wrong number after our car way done. So my husband sat for an extra 30 minutes after the car was ready and had to go up and ask about the status. He gave HIS number at check in to be called on (which was done) but when it was time to pick the car up a different number was used

I was there for service on my vehicle. The sales staff asking everyone in the waiting area to trade in and being aggressive was a turn off to me. I appreciate great service however, I’ve been called at least 4 times recently to trade up to a new vehicle. I own 2 vehicles with Roseville Toyota. I would appreciate when I’ve asked not to contact me for the same repeated sales pitch I expect them to honor my request.

Molly was prod3ssional & polite & kept me up to date on the servicing if my vehicle. My disappointment was that it took 2 hours for my oil change & I had an appt time. They kept telling me they were so busy, well why have appt times if your going to overbook.
