Kyle was good and prompt but for the 2nd time visiting my request to check out the engine running a bit rough was ignored. Not really worth a special visit. Will look to addressing at next visit.

Very helpful and clear in his explanation of what will happen to my car. He offered alternatives before a final decision was made.
Came in with a tow due to a flat. Thankfully I had warrantee on that tire from a previous visit.
Because I was already there, I had the service people do my minivans next 20,000 mile check.
I did decide to stay and wait, but even that waiting experience was not as bad. It was a few hours, but I was comfortable.
Though I was glad to see the “masks required” signs posted, many of the people waiting for service were not masked. I just wish that the posted signs were enforced by providing a mask to those who don’t have one.
