Clear instructions from Derek about removing speed limit from HUD if possible were not followed. V75 removed speed limit from the dashboard and left it in HUD.

A warranty service was to be performed on my car and as I drove out of the parking lot I noticed that the problem was worse. I turned right around and came back. The service representative acted blameful that I had not gone on a test drive to point out the issue when the issue was identified on a previous service and parts were ordered and I had never been helped by this person before. I asked for someone to go on a test drive with me and the technician that went with me identified that the problem had not been fixed and it that it appeared to be a manufacturing issue that they had been seeing on other vehicles. I was told that Roseville Toyota personnel would need to be contacted and I would be updated and I have yet to hear back from someone and I believe I should not have had to leave in my vehicle the way it is and that a replacement vehicle should be provided to me until this issue is completely resolved to my satisfaction. This is a brand new vehicle I purchased in June and at the time of service had just under 5000 miles and the problem was identified months ago. I had to request that this issue would be documented and then I would be provided with this documentation. I would like to be contacted by a service manager at their earliest convenience. Thank you

Everyone was extremely helpful. The greeters as I drove in and the service writer as well as Alex. Alex was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also had several conversations in the showroom with several sales people. Miguel and I had a nice conversation. My truck was ready within the time frame Alex said it would be ready..
