When the service advisor was speaking with my wife he was being condescending when she declined the 75k mile service.
I never spoke to my “service advisor “. Other people filled in the beat they could. We were there 2.5 hours and apparently nothing was done to the vehicle. I called the “service advisor” Michael Webster and left a message asking him to call me and let me know what was done. He never called back. Horrible service. I don’t want to come back.
