Cost was twice as much as everyone else in town. Because I was stuck I just rolled over. Bottom line I think the dealership should be able to better complete price wise due to their structure and resources.
My family’s concerns about the air quality the vehicle provides was taken lightly and fully examined to the concern that I brought to their attention. I had to request a new cabin filter be installed and I think it was installed since I noticed a slight improvement in the air quality but not comfortable and normal..
from previous experience with their service over the years with various vehicles I don’t trust that my oil and oil filters and air filters are properly changed and installed with their service times, and concerns are usually pushed and down played. For a customer who pays for their vehicle and purchases parts usually from Roseville all I expect is for the service be done correctly and complete as what you say you will do..
the las test experience was pleasant and decent for a customer who is unaware of misleading service.
The issue with my HomeLink was not resolved

Molly was great. I was disappointed that Elk Grove Toyota where I bought my vehicle couldn’t get me an appointment until Dec 14th. I was driving past 2 dealerships to be loyal. I drove to Roseville Toyota and I was done in an hour. Molly was great and told me all my options. I decided to change my full synthetic oil @5,000 miles rather than 10,000 since I’m old school. Molly also had the mechanic give me the filter. I got a lot of “No’s “ at Elk Grove but Roseville is my new go to for service and Molly is my service rep for the next 300k
