Very prompt and attentive. Checkout and payment process with the service attendant makes the process very easy. Every one was polite and enjoyable to deal with. The service manager even reached out and got me a coffee while I waited for the service to be completed. Wait time was only about an hour and very close to the estimated time. Well run service center.

Since my car is fairly new it has alot of new fancy stuff that I don't fully know how to use. Shane took the time to show me how to use it. I do have the manual and I read it, but it doesn't make sense to me. So I appreciate that Shane takes the time to help me with the new equipment.

I truly believe that there was absolutely no reason why I could not gotten a rental for your guises error of not fixing my truck right the first time. You literally ruined my Friday evening plans Because of this. I believe your Rep “Steve” should have Provided me a rental when he took my truck in. Had he provided me a rental? My Friday evening plans would have not been ruined.
