Great service, Mike Webster kept me updated on process. A very busy Saturday but was informed at all times. Don't mind a wait as long as the company shows that they care and Mike and Roseville Toyota service do that!

When I am told a tire replacement with alignment will take 2.5 hours and it ends up taking 4, that's a problem. Either I was lied to or the service department has time management issues. The Toyota tire center and service department is promoted as top notch but when my appointment is at 1 and am asked if I want the whitewalls in or out at 3, then I feel my time is disrespected. The quality of work and of the service advisor is always top notch and Jarod and Connor did a great job on his part, but I time and delays is a problem with the very basic task of changing tires.

From the very beginning I told him I would wait in the customer waiting room. I specifically told him I left my phone at home. So when my car was done, he texted my phone at my home. 20 minutes later he contacted me over the speaker. That was disappointing. He did contact my husband to advise I needed some work done but some of those parts we're already new. The wipers were replaced in Oct, & the air filter was replaced last month. We felt like your service department was looking for extra work that was not needed at this time. Again disappointed with today's service. Thanks, Cheryl V

Vehicle was fixed correctly and in a timely fashion. Advisor was friendly and professional. I’m happy the part was in stock and that my platinum warranty covered the issue in my recently purchased certified preowned vehicle.
