The service of my car was fine, Kyle was helpful. He wore his mask, in fact most of the staff that I interacted with wore them. I was quite disappointed by the lack of signage for the new mask order that went into effect yesterday, and that of what looked like more senior staff without masks wandering through the building and meeting in offices. Support your front line staff by setting a good example, they are the ones more likely to become sick interacting with the public (that were mostly unmasked too)
Molly answered all of my questions. She was polite and customer service skills were excellent.
Conor was very professional. His relaxed demeanor combined with his thorough explanations were exceedingly helpful and made me feel comfortable about bringing my vehicle to a dealership!
