My experience with Jason Lipman was wonderful — he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. My only issue was with the dealership itself — if you have to bring your car in for recall service, it would be nice to be offered a complimentary rental car. But Jason was awesome.
Elmer was very personable and called as stated to provide a time frame for the work on my car and a call when there was an update .

My service person entered my phone number incorrectly and was unable to contact me when my service was complete. I have a text history with previous service visits so I’m not sure how this happened. My number is ****-****-xxxx. I notice he had ****-****-xxxx on the paperwork. My wait was 2 1/2 hours rather than the one I was told. I was told my number was tried but the text would not go through.
Everything done required for now.

next next service and cost.

Austin listened to my description of what was going on and relayed the info accurately. This in turn ultimately was what produced an accurate diagnosis of the issue where as on my first request had not resulted in an answer.
The customer who who was ahead of me in Payton’s office was very rude and disrespectful to Payton for no reason. Payton was very professional.
