I was in a hurry and without an appointment and my tire was damaged Derek would not let me leave and he made my appointment fast I was very appreciative about his care about me and my car and tire I got a brand new tire thanks to his involvement he basically saved my life
Today I washed and dried my car and found scratches on all four tires, at the air valves.

I would be happy to give my feedback on Gabriel. He is a pleasant young man who represents Toyota well! Gabriel was friendly, professional, and very responsive to my requests for paperwork, and to speak with the service manager. Gabriel kept me informed as to where the service department was in the process of taking care of an issue resulting from a mistake made during prior service. He was polite, and exhibited a maturity beyond his years. I appreciated his help, and my interactions with both Gabriel and the service manager left me with a positive impression of Roseville Toyota.

Upon receiving my vehicle back from the valet, my drivers seat had been completely adjusted to the point that I hit my head getting in and couldn't reach the peddles. Also, my radio was on with the volume up after I purposely turned it off prior to taking the car in for service. This is not at all a reflection of my service advisor, Kyle. He did a great job communicating regarding my vehicle's service.
