Gabriel was outstanding, friendly and very helpful. My only disappointment in service is that in the middle of the omicron wave while I’m trying to stay healthy and keep little ones under 5 safe at home along with an elderly cancer survivor some of your employees do not take the mask mandate seriously. Wearing a loose mask around your chin and driving my car up to me to pick up with the windows closed doesn’t make me comfortable. I am not speaking about Gabriel. He was great.

Gabriel was great! The one thing that bothered me though is being asked by 10 different sales people the same questions and even when I said I just recently got my brand new RAV4 they still were trying to talk me into trading it in. I get that they have a job to do but it almost makes me want to go to a different company for my service after my warranty expires

I must say, the price of the rear wheel bearing assembly for my FJ Cruiser seems a little excessive. Understanding that the exciter ring for the ABS, VSC, etcetera, is part of the assembly, the cost still seems a little “golden”. However I am a Toyota loyalist, and have 253,000 miles on my vehicle.
