Tires weren't inflated correctly, had to come back to get them to the right pressure. Two of the four tires were off by 5psi. When wheels were rotated, they weren't balanced which made the steering wheel wobble. Went to a third party to get them balanced and they're great now. Told the representative that my reverse light bulb was out and I was told to schedule another appointment to get it replaced...one bulb. When the checklist was returned to me it said that all of the lights were check and work. I told the rep that that's not true and that the reverse light is still out, he explained to me that all of the lights are checked except the reverse lights, as it says on the checklist. This is my first dealership experience, and it just seems like everything is made to be so difficult when it comes to getting work that is covered by warranty done, that it is just more simple to getting a third party to do it and not worry. Feel free to not respond to this, it's not going to change what happened. Enjoy your day.

Jason worked hard to explain exactly what further work needed to be done. He let me know what was most important to take care of and which issues could be postponed.
The service person was helpful and professional. The problem we took the car in for still has not been resolved. We do need to get with the service representative when he returns to work.

He got to the garage as they were getting ready to bring car out of garage. I had already been prepared to wait the additional time due to my indecisiveness yet he went the extra mile. Gabriel did a great job. However I previously had my oil changed in July in preparation for a road trip to Colorado. someone removed the sticker from the other service station reminding me when my next oil change is due. I will need to call them to get the 5000 mile reminder.

The Tint place let’s a mess inside the truck. Drip marks from whatever they use on the windows all over the hard plastic the truck has under the windows on the inside. You would think they were clean after themselves. I’ve been very careful to not dirty my brand new truck that I got two weeks ago for them to just treat it as it was any old truck. The actual Toyota staff and service was great.
Another quick and painless appointment with Shane ONeill. He is always pleasant and knows the best way to take care of my investment , my Tacoma.
