When my vehicle was returned a couple of things were not as I had left them. Specifically, the exterior mirror on the passenger side was tucked in along the side of the vehicle, which I didn’t realize until I pulled out of the parking lot. The rear view mirror had also been moved. Lastly, I always lay a towel neatly across the backseat to protect it. When I got my car back it was clear it had been removed and just thrown back into the car in a heap. Considering the nature of the service, I’m not even sure why anyone needed to access the back seat of my vehicle.

I was very lucky today that you had a cancellation to start with. It would have nice for Sam to tell me they checked out everything and it all looked good because I didn’t know you did that when I just come in for an oil change. That was great to know when I got home and read the paperwork. It would have been nice to know what I was signing 4 times. I was surprised you don’t take the vehicles through your car wash. Once my truck was done it seemed to take a bit to get my truck when I was the only one waiting. All in all it was a good experience

I had purchased an extended service warranty some months ago, and I am very disappointed that it only covers oil changes and tire rotations. When I bought it I think I was told it would cover my 90,000 mile service. The old bait and switch as far as I am concerned. Hugh A
