I am very disappointed that you removed the car wash and shuttle services. Well, they were highly valued and convenient for us, Your clients of many years and I was highly grateful… Today I noticed that the waiting room was full. Can’t have the safety distance for the COVID-19 requirements and on top of that 2 hours of our wasted time… I think they should provide the service.

The service was great, I received it with a couple options, estimated time, free tea, comfortable chair. The agent was very helpful!
Jason was not helpful. He tried to tell me that my last 60k mile service was just a basic service and that based on mileage my car needed more services that would cost $1,200.
When I asked to see the list, he turned the computer to me and half the things on the list had already been performed.
When I told him this he admitted that and then said it would only be around $800.
He was not helpful or friendly. I'm really disappointed with his service.

Brought in my 2021 Tacoma for it's 15K service, I thought both the cabin air filter and engine air filter would be covered at no charge at that service interval. Evidently they were not.
