I have had my car in for service two times now, and each time there was issue when I got my car back. It seems like whoever has my car during service time doesn’t care about taking good car of it. I understand it passes through several people from young kids to service people with many years of experience and some with very few years of experience. I just wish everyone would take good care of the cars that come in.
Ended up having a leak. Had to bring my car back in the next day. However it was taken in right away and within 20 min the issue was resolved. Chris and manager Cole handled my issue professionally.

I’m upset that we purchased Lumar and then found out it was not able to be applied to the vehicle. We put trust in your team during our purchase. Now I’m financing something on the vehicle that isn’t present.
As soon as I was half way home, Rachel called and said you were unable to do the lumar. She didn’t know and I understand that. A waste of hours today, getting this processed for nothing.

My Toyota Corolla would not start early morning of September 29. 2021. I called Steve Wenham and he told me to bring my car in. Upon my arrival Steve Wenham processed me immediately and within 3 hours my Toyota Corolla was repaired with a new battery. Steve again showed true professionalism as a Service Advisor. Please promote Steve as soon as possible.
Great service and it was on time
Austin did a great job but the person that worked on the car left the cabin filter cover off it was left in my car without putting it back on.
Shane was able to take me in the first in the morning and went right into the shop for repair. Fortunately the part was in stock and they got right on it.They also did a normal service on my truck. Shane kept me advised on the status frequently.
